Sponsorship Information

In addition to a premier exhibition experience, NJAOPS offers you—our valued business partners—a variety of AROC promotional sponsorships. These opportunities can be used to enhance your visibility as an exhibitor or as stand-alone options to create a presence for your organization with our audience of physicians. We offer five sponsorship categories, which provide increasing degrees of recognition for those who participate in AROC at more significant levels. The sponsorship categories are:

• Diamond: Contribution equals $20,000+
• Platinum: Contribution equals $15,000+
• Gold: Contribution equals $10,000+
• Silver: Contribution equals $5,000+
• Bronze: Total convention sponsorship contribution equals $2,500+

You arrive at these levels through contributions to AROC such as exhibiting, advertising in the AROC Program Guide and/or sponsoring convention elements such as the following:

All sponsorship levels receive recognition in the Sponsors sections of the AROC Program Guide, special signage in the convention registration area, and if applicable, signage at their exhibit hall booth along with exhibitor badge ribbons indicating their sponsorship category.

Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond sponsors receive additional networking opportunities with association VIPs at the President’s Reception. This “by invitation only” reception for members of the NJAOPS Board of Directors and House of Delegates, the two governing bodies of the association, provides exclusive access to our most influential physicians. (Silver sponsors receive one ticket to this event; Gold sponsors receive two tickets, Platinum sponsors receive three tickets and Diamond sponsors receive four tickets.)

All sponsors of food and/or beverage opportunities are recognized by signage in the event area and are included in the AROC Program Guide. Sponsors of badge lanyards and convention totes receive their logo, company name and/or product brand printed on each item and are included in the AROC Program Guide.

Commercial Support of Educational Programs

NJAOPS maintains a “firewall” between promotional and educational activities at AROC and all other NJAOPS-sponsored events. Educational programs are carefully developed in accordance with AOA and ACCME accreditation criteria and in strict adherence to PhRMA and AdvaMed guidelines. Presented material must be evidence-based, fair-balanced and free from bias. Faculty and staff in a position to influence content are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest to the audience.

Funding for the educational programs presented at AROC comes from a variety of sources within the healthcare community. AROC attendees have the opportunity to attend clinical tracks as well as sessions that focus on Risk Management and the Business of Medicine. Support for non-clinical programs comes from educational business partners who are specialists in the fields of technology, finance, law, insurance and practice management.

Commercial supporters of AROC’s program are recognized in the AROC Program Guide and on signage placed immediately outside of the meeting room prior to the session being supported. Associated costs do help determine the overall sponsorship level (ie, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). However, complimentary booth space in the AROC exhibit hall is not included.
