General Information
Make plans now to join us for the largest physician convention in New Jersey when the 2007 Atlantic Regional Osteopathic Convention (AROC) returns to Atlantic City, April 25–28. Over 800 D.O.s, M.D.s, physician assistants and advanced practice nurses are expected to join us at the award-winning Tropicana, with a total anticipated onsite presence of over 1,200 healthcare professionals. Educational Program
The 2007 educational program is anticipated for 33.5 AOA category 1-A and 30.5 Prescribed AAFP CME credits. Click here for a complete AROC 2007 educational program schedule.

This year the AROC keynote address will be presented by David A. Kessler, M.D., Dean and Vice Chancellor of Medical Affairs at the University of California, San Francisco and former Commissioner of the United States Food and Drug Administration. AROC 2007 will also feature Matthew Scott, the world's first successful hand transplant recipient and Jeffrey Levine, M.D., family physician and associate professor at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School who shed 183 pounds as a contestant on NBC's reality show "The Biggest Loser."

Sponsorships
Limited opportunities are still available to sponsor educational programs and exhibit hall events. Sponsorship of specially tailored functions such as breakfasts and receptions for smaller, targeted audiences are also available upon request.

Below are a few highlights of the 2007 exhibit hall:

Premier Convention Site—AROC 2007 will be held at the Tropicana Atlantic City in the Tropicana Grand Exposition Center. With growing convention attendance, the Tropicana is
not only a premier destination featuring the new dining and entertainment options of
The Quarter, but it's one of only a handful of convention hotels in the state large enough to host our event.
Consolidated Exhibit Hall Schedule—The 2007 exhibit hall schedule will again be two full days. That means no wasted half days and valuable time for you on Friday in the office or calling on clients.
Exclusive Exhibit Hall Hours—The 2007 program schedule will again include blocks of exclusive exhibit hall hours with no competing educational sessions so the physicians will have ample time to thoroughly explore the hall and network with exhibitors.
In-hall Food Functions and an Open Floor Plan—To keep traffic flowing, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks will be served in the exhibit hall. Refreshment areas will be strategically located throughout the hall so exhibitors can benefit from attendees' repeat visits. Our open floor plan and extremely popular "Town Square" offers excellent traffic flow throughout the hall.
Competitive Pricing and Affordable Accommodations—In 2007 we will continue to offer our $1600 rate. Keeping cost in mind, this year exhibitors staying at the Tropicana on Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday night are eligible for the low $89 per night room rate using the group code "AROC."
