Make plans now to join us at the 2009 Atlantic Regional Osteopathic Convention (AROC),
April 1–4, 2009. The largest physician convention and exhibition in New Jersey, our reputation for educational excellence and our exhibitor friendly atmosphere continues in 2009 as we return to Bally's Atlantic City. Over 800 physicians, advance practice nurses and physician assistants are anticipated, and our full-service exhibit hall features 125 exhibit spaces.

Educational Program
This year's educational program is anticipated to be approved for a minimum of 30 hours of AOA
1-A CME credit and 27 hours of AAFP Prescribed credit. For physicians with dual licensure, the program will include all credits needed to meet Florida relicensure and Pennsylvania Risk Management requirements. Additionally, the program will include "Culturally Competent Medicine," six hours of cultural competency training required by the State Board of Medical Examiners of all New Jersey-licensed physicians before the 2009 relicensure cycle.

Educational Grants
Opportunities are available for corporate sponsorship of the AROC educational program through unrestricted educational grants. AOA, ACCME and PhRMA guidelines apply as appropriate.

Below are a few highlights of the 2009 exhibit hall:

Responsive Audience, Exclusive Hours—Our highly receptive audience includes D.O.s, M.D.s, advance practice nurses and physician assistants eager to learn about your newest products and services. Considerable effort has been taken in planning our educational program to include exclusive exhibit hall hours so attendees have ample time to explore the hall and network with exhibitors.
No Premium Prices for Premium Locations—Exhibitor registration is $1700 for any single booth in the hall (corners, Food Court, Town Square, etc.). There are no premium prices for premium locations, no discounts and no trades. Everyone has the same opportunity, as reservations are taken first-come, first-serve with payment. We also offer a "Flex Pay" plan for exhibitors who benefit from spreading expenses over two fiscal years.
Lead Retrieval Systems—In addition to receiving the pre- and post-show attendee list as part of your registration, you can have immediate access to your qualified leads on the exhibit hall floor. Our lead retrieval options span the gamut, meeting virtually every need.
In-hall Food Functions—To keep traffic flowing, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks are served in the exhibit hall. The Food Court and meal seating are strategically located so exhibitors benefit from attendees' repeat visits.
Affordable Accommodations—Use our AROC group code and group reservations line to take advantage of discounted room rates starting at $99 per night mid-week.
"Easy Load"—AROC offers its exclusive "Easy Load" service for those who bring their own display by personal vehicle. For $125, you can drive your car to the Bally's loading dock, and we will deliver up to 300 lbs. of materials to your booth. When it's time to move out, "Easy Load" includes returning materials to your car.
No Overtime Rates—Always exhibitor friendly, we have also negotiated a "No Overtime Rates" policy with our convention services contractor. Standard drayage rates apply across the board to help you stay on budget.
