	Active 1 (In First Year of Practice)
			An Active Member is a physician licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey who maintains more than 50% of his or her practice in New Jersey. In your first year of practice, you pay dues of $150, plus a $35 application fee.
	Active 2 (In Second Year of Practice)
			An Active Member is a physician licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey who maintains more than 50% of his or her practice in New Jersey. In your second year of practice, you pay dues of $250, plus a $35 application fee.
	Active 3 (In Third Year of Practice)
			An Active Member is a physician licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey who maintains more than 50% of his or her practice in New Jersey. In your third year of practice, you pay dues of $350, plus a $35 application fee.
	Active 4 (In Fourth or More Year of Practice)
			An Active Member is a physician licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey who maintains more than 50% of his or her practice in New Jersey. In your fourth or more year of practice, you pay dues of $500, plus a $35 application fee.
	Associate
			An Associate member is a physician who maintains more than 50% of his or her active practice in either another state or the military, belongs to that state's divisional society, and resides or partially practices in the state of New Jersey. An Associate member may also be a non-osteopathic physician who desires to affiliate with the association in support of its objectives. An Associate member pays annual dues of $100 plus a $35 application fee.
	UMDNJ-SOM Resident or Intern membership
			Physicians in a residency or intern program through UMDNJ-SOM receive full free membership; dues thanks to a grant underwritten by The Woodland Group: 75 years of Healthcare Experience and the ProMutual Group: Financial Integrity, Physician Loyalty.
	Resident
			Physicians in a residency program receive full membership for $25; applications fees are waived.
	Intern
			Interns receive full membersip for $25; application fees are waived.
	Retired Member
			A Retired member is a physician who has retired from all practice of medicine. A Retired member pays dues of $75 plus a $35 application fee.
	Non-New Jersey Resident
			A Non-New Jersey Resident member is a physician who maintains his or her entire practice in a state not contiguous to New Jersey and who is an active member of that state's Osteopathic association. A Non-New Jersey Resident member pays annual dues of $75 plus a $35 application fee.
	Student
			This complementary membership is offered to you by the members of the NJAOPS who warmly welcome you to the profession.
