Family and General Practitioners, Internists, Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, Hospitalists, Fellows in these specialties, and allied health professionals involved in the care of patients with elevated triglycerides and lipid disorders 

Learning Objectives 

 Discuss the role of elevated triglyceride (TG) levels in the assessment and diagnosis of dyslipidemia 

 Apply best practices in the attainment of normal TG levels 

 Evaluate the management of hypertriglyceridemia through greater adherence to evidence-based practices and current knowledge base 

 Assess the potential of new and emerging therapeutic approaches to manage TG-based dyslipidemia
